The Urasenke Tea Ceremony Society has temporarily suspended the sale of tea materials due to recent changes in U.S. Customs and Regulations. Sales will resume once the next shipment can be arranged. The U.S. government has issued an executive order titled “Termination of De Minimis Treatment for All Countries” regarding mail to the United States. As a result, starting Wednesday, August 27th, Japan Post has temporarily suspended acceptance of postal items bound for the U.S. We strongly recommend purchasing consumable items during your visit to Japan.
